All cards ship securely in bubble mailers. Tracking and delivery confirmation is included in the cost of shipping.

Insurance is included on all orders over $50.

An email will be sent at time of shipping to provide you with your tracking number. I try to ship orders out the same evening as payment is received. If your package will not ship the following day, I will contact you to let you know the status.

I offer 100% Satisfaction with your purchase, or return your item within 7 days of receipt, for your money refunded. It is only with your satisfaction that I can continue to operate.

When purchasing items of different size and/or value (Graded Cards, Over-sized, Lots, Insured Items) the shipping price may vary. In these cases, please email me if you feel that the shipping fee is excessive. I certainly do not want to lose sales because of a site-glitch.

US Postal rates were increased in January, 2019. It now costs a minimum of $3.63 postage to send out just 1 card in a bubble mailer! Unfortunately, I had to adjust my shipping to keep up with the times. You should be able to buy several cards before you are charged more than $3.63 for shipping. Your s/h charges should be in-line with the current postal rates. If you purchase 4 cards, each over $20, then you may be asked to pitch in for your share of the insurance costs. If you feel something was calculated incorrectly, please contact me and If there is a glitch, I will immediately adjust it manually. (Signed baseball bats, Autographed Baseballs, 16" x 20" photos and orders over $300 being the exception)

Alternatively, if you are not adverse to receiving your single card (Under $10) in a penny sleeve, top-loader, in-between 2 layers of thin cardboard and mailed in a regular envelope, please email me prior to checking out. I can get away with spending $1.09 for postage and would manually change the price for your shipping to reflect the discount.

PSA/DNA Pre-certified items:
If you see the Pre-Certified logo, it means that the item was reviewed (prior to my purchasing it) by PSA/DNA experts, and is absolutely guaranteed to pass authentication if I choose to submit it in order to receive an actual "COA". During this process, the item is tagged with synthetic DNA that is unique to PSA/DNA, a unique certification number is generated and the information is stored in their database. This service is considered an upgrade, and is offered for an additional fee. So the little square card with the matching holo is actually an, "up-sell" for these items. The pre-certified items already have PSA/DNA's approval, I chose not to pay them extra for the holo, and you are able to purchase it for a lower price as a result. There are many items which I have paid to authenticate. I do my best to also offer those at a lower price than you will find elsewhere!
In order to comply with California's Autographed Sports Memorabilia statute (Civil Code, ยง 1739.7) All autographed items listed over $4.95 will be accompanied by the appropriate paperwork. Either PSA/DNA COA or LOA, James Spence COA or LOA or PSA/DNA Pre-Certification Document. In the event the item is being represented by myself, it will be clearly stated in the description and these items will be accompanied by TheTOPDOGinLA.com c.o.a. What is more important than the coa, is that I will stand behind any item offered on my site. If an item deemed to be authentic does not pass PSA/DNA or James Spence Authentication upon submission, you may return the item for a full refund + shipping + 10% for your trouble + any additional remedies as allowed by California Law. I have never had an issue and would like to keep it that way.

For signed baseballs, please know that baseballs do not ship with a Ball Cube or plastic holder. If you would like a ball cube, please add $4.95 for the Ball Cube, plus 3.95 for the increased shipping costs.

Feedback: When paying by Paypal, you will have an opportunity to leave feedback about your purchase from me. Please take a couple minutes to give your honest opinion. I do my best to make sure every buyer is happy with their purchase, and feedback is one way to let others know about my reputation and willingness to make every transaction a positive experience for my customers. Currently, there is no way to leave feedback when paying by money order or cashiers check. The email from eCrater may be filtered to your spam folder, so please look for it when paying by Paypal.
