How much is postage? Do you combine Shipping?
Good Question! I cover the basics in I believe the Terms and Conditions Section. I clearly state for each item what the corresponding postage will be. Some of my items come with Free Insured Shipping. I include Delivery Confirmation and Tracking with every purchase. For items that I do not cover shipping, the price is usually $3.68 for Mainland US. (The US Postal Service raised their rates for large-envelopes & small packages in January 2020 to a base price of $3.68) This price includes padded mailer or box, Tracking, and Delivery Confirmation. If you purchase several cards, it should automatically calculate your shipping charges based on weight. This changes if you buy standard sized cards + An over-sized, or graded card, or a card that requires insurance. In these cases, if the calculated shipping charge seems unfair, please send me an email and I will take a look at it. I do not want to lose sales due to something that can be easily fixed. In some cases, if the item is over a certain amount: $50 or so, I may charge $4.95 for shipping. If this is the case, it is because I will be purchasing insurance for the item. I never want to lose a sale because of something you feel is unfair, so I welcome any and all questions you have regarding my site, and the policies I have set forth. I have never charged more for shipping than my actual cost. * As of 2020, the new base rate for USPS thick envelope/small package is $3.68.

What about COA's? Do you support California's new memorabilia law AB 1570?
Yes, I support California AB 1570. Your autographed item will be accompanied by a legally binding, personally signed COA. Please read a more detailed response in the FAQ regarding PSA/DNA Pre-Certification.

What does PSA/DNA Pre-Certified Mean?
PSA/DNA Pre-Certified is a term dealing with Autograph Authentication. Here is how PSA/DNA describes it (In their own words) on their website: "As a hobbyist, you may see the PSA/DNA Pre-Certified logo in various auction house catalogs or online. It is a service unique to auctions and to autographs found within. The purpose of the service is to let the prospective bidders know whether an autographed auction item will pass PSA/DNA should that person win the item and want to send it in for authentication immediately after the auction closes. If you see the Pre-Certified logo, it means the item has been reviewed by our experts and is absolutely guaranteed to pass." In other words, I purchased the item through a reputable auction house. I purchased the item with the knowledge that PSA/DNA has already inspected it, and if I choose to, I can submit the item for authentication and it is guaranteed to pass. This gives me the peace of mind to purchase the item. When I offer it for sale through my store TheTOPDOGinLA.com, I am likely selling it for less than you will find it elsewhere. The autograph is genuine. I guarantee it and offer 110% money refunded + shipping if it is determined to be non-authentic. You have my word, and I have PSA/DNA's backing on it. By not accruing additional costs of submitting to PSA/DNA for the little holo, I am able to offer the item for less and pass along those savings to you the collector. California's new law regarding sale of autographed items: With the advent of the new law passed in California, (AB 1570) regarding the sale of Autographed Memorabilia over $5, I am in full compliance. With any autographed item not authenticated by the manufacturer or an industry leading authentication company, your item will be accompanied by a legally binding coa. (Certificate of Authenticity). This coa will provide a description and sometimes a photo of the actual item, specific details regarding the number produced or if it was a limited production, etc. It will be personally signed and dated by myself, and shall provide the purchaser with the peace of mind that if the item purchased is later determined to be non-authentic by a reputable authenticator, and the seller is found to have intentionally mislead the purchaser in the sale of said item, then the purchaser (you) are entitled to recover losses of up to 10 X your original purchase price in damages. I also have many PSA/DNA Certified items on this site. Items that have gone through the full authentication process and have been encapsulated as part of the process. While this is an expensive process, (Minimum $20 per player, i.e. Joe DiMaggio is $75) you will find that most of the time my price will be lower than the competition. I post these for sale in an attempt to sell them, not look pretty! There is a lot of time involved to create the coa, and I include this in your purchase price.

What if I want to see a scan of the back of a particular card before I purchase?
I have taken the time to include additional images of many of my items. For those that do not already have a reverse scan provided, I will be happy to provide the scan for you. All it takes is a quick email! Unlike some of the card shops who brag about how many cards they sell (yet will post a 'general image' of the item they intend to sell, All scans in my store are of the actual item you will be receiving.

What is Pre-Certified by Beckett Authentication Services (B.A.S.) Mean?
This is a service offered by Beckett's new Autograph Authentication division. Mainly used by the major on-line auction houses. Pre-certified means the item has been passed authentication by B.A.S. and is guaranteed to pass full authentication, but no LOA or COA is included with the purchase. You will receive my personal C.o.a. in these cases, which meets the standards set forth by California's new legislation regarding autographs and memorabilia (Assembly Bill AB 1570), and is legally binding in a court of law.

Is your store ever closed?
I have always tried to ship items the same or next day as I receive payment. Should the order come in after mail cut-off, your item will ship on the next mailing day. Thank you for your support! This is an online only store. I do not have a physical store-front.

I agree. If you prefer, I can send card safely inside a greeting card. The card would be housed inside penny sleeve and toploader, finally a team bag. For this option, the shipping is $1.10. Please email me in advance of checkout for me to adjust your price accordingly. If you already paid, but prefer this option, I can refund money with Paypal.
